My iPad or computer can't see my NDI source.
Here are couple things that can cause this:
1. Check the 'Output' switch is turned on
In Telestripe Settings > Video tab, make sure the "Output" toggle is checked on under the 'NDI' protocol section.
2. Try disabling your Windows Firewall

Disclaimer:
Disabling your firewall may leave your system vulnerable to external threats. This action should only be performed temporarily. We strongly recommend that you re-enable your firewall immediately after completing the necessary steps to ensure your system's security. Proceed with caution and ensure that your device is in a secure environment while the firewall is disabled.
If you are using Windows, NDI can often be blocked by the Windows Firewall.
In the Start menu, type 'Firewall' and you should see the 'Windows Defender Firewall' settings.
Select 'Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off' on the left side of the window.
Select 'Turn off Windows Defender Firewall' for both Private and Public networks:
Then restart OBS and the Telestripe app on your iPad. |
